Vegan Cream Cheese Frosting Recipe

This is such an easy vegan cream cheese based frosting. We love this here at the kitchen as it is so versatile and delicious sandwiched between 2 grahams.

Ingredients

.4 oz cream cheese ( I prefer Daiya or Tofutti brand, the tofutti is a bit firmer like traditional cream cheese)
4 oz earth balance
2 cups powdered sugar 
1 tsp vanilla

Instruction

  1.  In your mixer beat together the cream cheese and earth balance
  2. Turn mixer to low speed and slowly add in your powdered sugar
  3.  Add vanilla and mix for 30 more seconds.

Notes

We used this frosting in our valentine day post where we had fun decorating grahams with frosting and candies for our sweeties. Enjoy!
